Film is finished. I always think about editing it some more, maybe changing a few things, but to me this feels done whether I like it or not. It was all fun anyway. Learning Final Cut Pro on the fly was kind of irritating. Such a powerful program that sometimes the little things are hard to find, or can do much more.

You can’t really see my hair in the thumbnail, but that was the whole reason I posted it. The planets must have been aligned correctly because I really like it.

Although I guess I like the way my hair looks all the time now.

Despite my apparently non-chalant attitude towards my hair, I really do like having hair that just looks good. I’m just not really willing to put time into it.

Speaking of hair, Larken came up here for the weekend. He’s got a flashy new moustache that really terrified me. The best analogy that I can come up with is Ron Jeremy as a used car salesman but combined with Larken. Ok, well it was funky, but I guess Larken can do what he pleases and just be Larken. I had to document it though, and shot a polaroid. Perhaps one of these days I’ll scan it.

I’ve been getting into Philip Glass lately. His composing feels so deliberate and genuine. It fits the films very well.
